look at my fucking red back (and white arse). the colour co-ordination however is genius: perhaps if you match your clothes to the brutal burn no-one will notice?

TGTHR: love at first sight: The importance in knowing something's happening -
As human beings we like to know that things are happening whether it be that our government is working hard doing what’s right for us (sic), that the chef is cooking the dinner we just ordered or simply that the cash machine will give us our own money when we ask for it.
It comes down to…
Even if you know the man…. NEVER buy a USED CONDOM

So, today i officially started my 7 day ab workout. Last night i made the video above as a wee intro. Over the next 7 days i’ll be doing 4 days of intense-ish exercises (3 days resting muscles), cutting out the sugar in my tea and all kinds of stupid things to make me more boring. BUT BORING IS WORTH IT!
BECAUSE YOU’RE WORTH IT!
Like hannah i have done the ole “before shot” and will follow up with an after shot to see what a difference i have made. I want to look like i’m smuggling potatoes under my t-shirt. That’s what we’re going for!
Anyway, here is today’s workout that i just completed. If you have any good suggestions then send them this way, i need all the help i can get!
Now, i don’t think that’s a lot, but we’ll see :) I actually think i have a slow metabolism so i’m swimming upstream but still determined to get there!
Check back in 7 days.
Oh… and check out Hannah’s original post: stop the pooch
Oh shit, kitten got censored!

Controversial Marketing Campaign of the Day: United Colors of Benetton revealed its latest controversy-baiting ad campaign this week.
A poster series, entitled “the UNHATE project,” designed by the firm’s “research communication center” Fabrica, invites “the leaders and citizens of the world to combat the ‘culture of hatred’.”
The statement continues:
These are symbolic images of reconciliation - with a touch of ironic hope and constructive provocation - to stimulate reflection on how politics, faith and ideas, even when they are divergent and mutually opposed, must still lead to dialogue and mediation.
The campaign doubles as the first initiative of The UNHATE Foundation, which was founded by Alessandro Benetton “to contribute to the creation of a new culture of tolerance.”
